The rest of our week went well. Yesterday DH went to eat with his dad and so us girls (me, the princess, the munchkin, DH's mom and twin sisters) went and had a "girls night out". We went and ate dinner, went to the park and then to my parent's ice cream shop. It was a blast!
The princess finished her first week of school today. She successfully memorized her bible verse for the week and I was very proud of her. I don't want 'school' to be a drag for her since she is only four so I'm trying not to take things too serious academically yet. It's kind of hard to know when to draw the line though. Do I let her get up and run around if I stop a minute during a lesson? Is it okay if she interrupts and won't sit still at this age? I think it's hard, because I want her to behave and yet I don't want her to hate to learn. Plus I think preschoolers need to learn through play. Anyways...
Tomorrow is our trip to the theme park! Woo-hoo! We are going to have a blast, I am sure! I need to go clean out my car now!
